welcome.

I bring over ten years of clinical experience to my work as a therapist and somatic practitioner. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering therapy throughout California, I integrate somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, relationship challenges, identity exploration, perinatal and postpartum transitions, and major life shifts.

Beyond formal training, my own lived experiences deepen my capacity to be present with all that may arise within the therapeutic container. I understand that symptoms such as chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, or physical pain are not signs of brokenness, but adaptive responses shaped by experience.

My work is guided by a central belief: you do not need fixing because you are not broken. Therapy is not about eliminating discomfort. Rather, it is a process of recognizing your wholeness while gently meeting the parts of you that learned to survive. Through somatic and parts-based work, we increase your capacity to feel, regulate, and engage more fully with the experience of being alive.

This work is deeply personal, but it is not isolated. As you develop a more regulated nervous system and a more compassionate relationship with your inner parts, your relationships begin to shift. Patterns rooted in fear, reactivity, or self-abandonment soften. Communication becomes clearer. Boundaries feel steadier. Intimacy becomes more possible. When we heal internally, it changes the relational field around us.

I believe each person holds complexities, contradictions, and stories that shape who we have been, who we are, and who we’re becoming. Together, we explore these layers–working with attachment patterns, protective parts, and the wisdom of the body–so that you come to know yourself not as something to manage, but as your own anchor and resource.

Using somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal-informed work, I support clients in exploring:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Depression

  • Trauma and complex PTSD

  • Chronic pain and stress-related symptoms

  • Perinatal and postpartum transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Sex and sexuality

  • Relationship structures and relational change

  • Alcohol and substance use exploration
