For those seeking more individualized care, I offer sessions tailored to the unique demands of birthwork. These sessions offer a space to regulate your nervous system, process what you’ve witnessed, and reconnect with your own inner resources. Whether you’re debriefing a specific experience or tending to the cumulative impact of the work, this is a place to come home to yourself.
Available to clients residing in California.
Rates: $195 per 75-minute session; bundle options available
PROCESSING GROUP
This group is designed for birthworkers seeking community, connection, and a safe space to process the full spectrum of experiences that come with supporting and witnessing birth. Together, we’ll honor both the profound joys and challenges that can arise. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and peer support, you’ll have the opportunity to integrate your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and feel deeply held by others who understand the unique realities of this work.
Offered in-person at Natural Resources in San Francisco, CA and online.
